Description: The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management intends to issue a Sole Source Award to Militech International LLC, Sterling, VA for the acquisition of two hundred (200) MPG Grenade Launcher Cups (12ga). These parts currently interface with our existing equipment and Militech International has been identified as the sole distributor of this exclusive equipment. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 USC 253 c(1).
