- This serves as a Notice of Intent to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), to EnRoute Emergency Systems LLC, on a Sole Source basis to renew annual maintenance and software services for the Fire/EMS Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD) System for the Hickam Air Force Base Fire Department. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-14 effective 22 Nov 2006. The Government intends to award a contract for the following line items: 0001 Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD) System annual software support, interface capabilities, periodic software version updates/patches and 24 hour support access and 0002 Third Party Products Interface to include maintenance and support of all user interfaces with outside platforms and applications. FOB: Destination. Inspection & Acceptance: Destination. The NAICS is 511210 and the small business size standard is $23M. This requirement is determined to be available only from EnRoute Emergency Systems LLC because it is their system and they are the developer and license holder of these products. They also hold the source code and the system must remain compatible and operational with the software updates/patches. No formal requests will be issued for this procurement. All potential offerors should contact the contract specialist identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, regarding this acquisition.
