Description: This will be a firm fixed price purchase order. This requirement is to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance, routine repair, emergency repair, and load testing on Government-o wned forklifts (various brands) at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA), Kilauea Military Camp (KMC), Range Maintenance and USAR Reserve Center on the Island of Hawaii. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The issue date fo r this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 31 Jan 2007. Response date above is estimated. Actual due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 9 February 2007. Period of performance is 1 Mar 2007 thru 28 Feb 200 8 with 4 pre-priced option years. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $6.5 million. The solicitation will be issued ONLY upon request.
