Description

To provide quarry dust and limestone to the AHEC facility located at the USAWC for a base period and 4 option periods. AASHTO #10 (Quarry Dust), Material must meet PENNDOT Specification 703 Form; Limestone is 2A. Delivery Orders will be placed on a n as needed basis in accordance with the provisions of the clause entitled Ordering. Multiple contracts might be awarded. Performance/deliveries shall be made in response to oral or written delivery orders issued against the contract by the ordering of ficers starting on the date of contract award thru 1 calendar year later with four options year period. Delivery trucks must capable of Tailgate Spread. Materials should be delivered dry and capable of being spread easily. Delivery will occur within 48 ho urs of request weather and product availability dependant. Pricing per Ton includes delivery cost. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
