Description
The Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) has need to contract for Non-Personal Heal Care Services, as outlined in FAR Subpart 37.4, to administer flu immunizations throughout the state of Florida in the cities of Arcadia, Avon Park, Bartow, Bonifay, Chipley, Crystal River, Dade City, Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Pierce, Lakeland, Melbourne, Miami, Orlando, Panama City, Pembroke Pines, Pensacola, Pinellas Park, Plant City, Starke, Tallahassee, West Palm Beach, Winter Haven. The anticipated total number of vacc inations is 2605 when all locations are added together. The numbers per location are maximums and are not guaranteed. The minimum number of vaccinations at one location is 27 and the maximum is 300. Vaccinations are scheduled for the listed cities on 3, 4, 10, 11, 24 and 25 February per the schedule determined by FLARNG Medical Detachment. Many sites will serviced simultaneously. The contractor must provide certified medical professionals to satisfy all applicable state and federal laws for administeri ng vaccinations. Contractor, and any subcontractors, will be required to maintain medical liability insurance in an amount acceptable to the contracting officer. The Contractor must indemnify the Government for any liability producing act or omission by the contractor, its employees and agents occurring during contract performance. All materials to administer the vaccine will be supplied by the FLARNG. The contractor will be required to coordinate with the FLARNG Medical Detachment to obtain supplies. The contractor will be required to update personnel medical information in the MEDPROS system and must be registered for MEDPROS write access before contract performance (see website https://apps.mods.army.mil/medpros/secured/access_mods.asp). The FLARNG will not provide computer or network access for MEDPROS input. The FLARNG will not provide for transportation. The FLARNG anticipates awarding a Fixed-Price contract for these services priced per vaccination administered. This service is determined to be commercial as defined in FAR Subpart 2.101. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedure outlined in FAR Part 13.
