- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia intends to award a sole source contract with McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a subsidiary of the Boeing Company, McDonnell Douglas Training Systems, 6200 McDonnell Blvd., PO Box 516, Saint Louis, MO 63166-0516 for SARA software releases and patch upgrades, technical support, central configuration management of the SARA software and support materials, maintenance upgrades to the SARA software as required. This is not a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
