Description

To provide quarry dust and limestone to the AHEC facility located at the USAWC for a base period and 4 option periods. AASHTO #10 (Quarry Dust), Material must meet PENNDOT Specification 703 Form; Limestone is 2A. Delivery Orders will be place d on a n as needed basis in accordance with the provisions of the clause entitled Ordering. Multiple contracts might be awarded. Performance/deliveries shall be made in response to oral or written delivery orders issued against the contract by the orde ring of ficers starting on the date of contract award thru 1 calendar year later with four options year period. Delivery trucks must capable of Tailgate Spread. Materials should be delivered dry and capable of being spread easily. Delivery will occur w ithin 48 ho urs of request weather and product availability dependant. Pricing per Ton includes delivery cost. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
