- PR No: IQC07023009055. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Kiowa Helicopter Pressure Indicator. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-07-R-0370 will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. The approved sources are Rogerson Kratos, Cage 34830, P/N 124.439 and Instrument Specialties Company, Cage 34641, P/N 4344-2020. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6620-01-101-9899, Base Year AEQ: 27 each, Option Year AEQ: 27 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, 108 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 22 Feb 07. The anticipated award date is 15 May 07. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror?s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
