- ISSUE DATE: 2/13/07. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for Munro Hall Chiller Replacement at U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT (New London County). The scope of the project is to replace a failed chiller unit with a new 140 ton helical rotary chiller. The project also includes rigging, re-piping, insulation, electrical and control work and incidental related work. The estimated cost range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 2/13/07. The bid opening date is scheduled for 3/16/2007 at 11:00 a.m. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 19 and is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAIS code is 238220 and the size standard is $13 million. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
