Description

In support of the U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility Yokosuka, Japan and the Japanese Regional Maintenance Center Yokosuka (SRF-JRMC), including its detachments in Sasebo, Japan and Singapore; the Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is soliciting for web-based subscription services that provide access to technical data, information, and standards. Multiple site licenses (3 sites) are required with an estimated 186 potential users. Complete information will be provided in the solicitation. The estimated period of performance is from 15 March 2007 to 14 March 2008. The commercial solicitation, N00406-07-T-0479, will be issued on or about 13 February 2007 with a closing date of on or about 21 February 2007. Proposed contract to be procured using commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.5. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
