- The purpose of this amendment is to CANCEL the solicitation due to insufficient information from the requestor. Subscription renewal for technical support for Solidworks CAD Software. Period of Performance 02-01-2007 through 01-31-2008 plus four option years. This is a combined sole source synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items). IAW clause 52.212-2 the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors, Conformance to Performance specifications, and Past Performance.
