ATTN: FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO ROBERT P. ALDRIDGE. There will be no telephone or email Requests for Proposals accepted. Request for solicitation will be by data fax to (256) 876-7735 or mailed to, ATTN : AMSAM-AC-CH-A, Robert P. Aldridge, Contract Specialist. The NSN: 1680-01-120-7641, P/N: 145CS114 Rev. C, Quantity 120 with two 100% Options. Delivery of FATR is 315 days after contract award. Production quantity with FATR is due in 491 days at the r ate of 120 each. Production quantity w/o FATR is due in 315 days at the rate of 120 each. This item is considered limited source. This is restricted to Honeywell, (CAGE 70210) and Boeing, (CAGE 77272). This item is a critical safety item. All offe rors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date anno tated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitations must be processed t hrough their respective embassies. See Note 13, 23, and 26
