Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in 12.6 as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) number 07SQ6A0013. All quotes to reference this RFQ number and shall be submitted by 4 PM, local time on February 16, 2007. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concern. NAICS code is 423610. The small business size is 100 employees. The following line MUST BE Hitachi submersible motor with the following options: 1) 125 HP, 3 phase, 60 cycle, 460 vac. 1750 RPM 2) 10" diameter 3) Standard factory installed solution (0 to -22 degrees F.) for extended outdoor storage 4) 416 SS motor coupling (3.50" OD x 6.00" L) 5) 50 feet of 3/C flat - JKTD THHN PVC submersible power cable 6) Factory warranty splices, including splice kit labor. Quantity order is 4 each. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. The deciding factor on this RFQ will be low price. Delivery date shall be April 30, 2007.
