Required delivery without First Article is 10 Each, 230 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to the approved source Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE Code 97499 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate tec hnical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
