Description

IQC07022009001, NSN 6135-01-251-2167, Battery Assembly. The approved source is H Koch and Sons (CAGE 99449). This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will include a term of a base period plus four option periods. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is 312 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (GMQ) is 78 each for the base year only. FOB Destination, inspection and acceptance at Origin. Ship-to addresses will be cited on individual orders and will include CONUS stock locations. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Solicitation will be issued as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This is a 3C procurement. There are no surge requirements for this NSN. The Government's required delivery schedule is 84 days ARO. The solicitation will be available on or about February 26, 2007, and will close on or about March 28, 2006. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
