Description

Grand Teton National Park will issue a Performance Based Service Contract for the provision of on-site end user support for approximately 200 employees. Services are to be offered for at least 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. The point of service is Grand Teton National Park in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Teton County has the highest cost of living in Wyoming, and the selected firm must be able to provide on-site personnel who are aware of the living costs, and the difficulty of living in remote, environmentally challenging conditions. Office space will be provided in support of the services, but all transportation costs are to be borne by the prospective contractor. Services to be provided shall include familiarity and ability to assist with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Microsoft Office applications, Micorsoft Window Server 2003 and general day to day computer questions. NPS programs include Backcountry Permits, Law Enforcement Information Systems, Windows Terminal Services, Procurement Desktop, Lotus Notes, and other commonly used applications. Work also includes network backup and network maintenance and configuration and managing computer inventories, moving of computer work stations and listing and de-listing of Lotus Notes and CISCO IP phone users. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only firms qualifying will be considered. NAICS code is 541419. For consideration, all firms must be registered in the CCR database. It is the intent of the Government to issue a one-year contract with 4 subsequent option years. This is a "Best Value" Procurement and award may be made to other than the firm offering the lowest price. Estimated yearly value ov this procurement is $45,000-$60,000.
