Description: PROJECT SUMMARY: The National Park Service is seeking offers for a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and transportation necessary to provide a 2 inch thick, Class B, asphalt concrete pavement overlay (17,451 square yards) on existing paved and unpaved roadways. LOCATION: Work will be performed in Lake Roosevelt NRA at Kettle River Campground and French Rocks Boat Launch in Ferry County, WA and at Napoleon Bridge Boat Launch in Stevens County, WA. SOLICITATION DETAILS: This is a best value procurement set-aside for certified HUBZONE concerns. The NAICS code for this project is 237310. The small business size standard is $28.5 million. Contract duration is 30 days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed with a target completion date of May 25, 2007 because of busy tourist season. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000.
