- The Naval Air Warfare Center-Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Surface Communications and Information Systems (SC&IS) Division (Code 4.5.10), St. Inigoes, MD, has a requirement for Circuit Card Assemblies. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334210, ?Apparatus Manufacturing ? with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price Contract on a ?Sole Source Basis? for the Cornet Technology , Inc., product listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. CORNET TECHNOLOGY, INC., located at 6800 Versar Center, Suite 216, Springfield, VA 22151, is the sole manufacturer of the required equipment that meets the United States Navy, Tomahawk Missile System. As required, the Cornet Technology , Inc Circuit Card Assemblies will provide the Guided Missile Destroyer DDG class ships with the ability to operate the Tomahawk Missile System. The Circuit Card Assemblies will also be equipped with the ability to rapidly transmit data seamlessly between the Combat Information Center and the Tomahawk Missile System. The Circuit Card Assemblies , previously fielded, will allow for Configuration Management control and interchangeability within existing on The Tomahawk Missile System. Award is anticipated by 12 February 2007. Contract is to be FOB Destination to Receiving Officer, NAWCAD, Building 8115, Villa Road, St. Inigoes, MD 20684-0010, and shall be Marked For (M/F) as specified. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination. The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. The Contract Line Item Number (CLIN ) and Description for this procurement are: ** CLIN 0001 - P/N: C05200-1-Circuit Card Assemblies ( Qty ? 27 Units Ea.). CLIN 0002 - P/N: CCHA40784-6- Power Supplies ( Qty ? 28 Units Ea.).** A determination by the government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Anticipated award date is 12 February, 2007. The Government will not pay for any information received.
