- The Coastal Systems station (CSS), Dahlgren Division, NSWC PC, Panama City FL intends to solicit CONTROP USA, Inc., Suite 900, 7979 George Town Road, Bethesda, MD 20814 on a sole source basis for three (3) each D-Stamp 3G camera payload systems; one (1) each Navigation package for D-Stamp; one (1) each Portable Operation Evaluation unit, and one (1) week of engineering support. This is the only 3 axis stabilized line of sight (LOS) camera system that meets the projects physical space requirements. Research did not reveal any other system that met these requirements. Some of the important requirements that the system must meet or exceed are as follows: The overall size of the system must not exceed an OD of 125mm and a height of 162mm. It must be able to stabilize LOS in three axis with RS-232 communications and powered by 24 VDC or less. The pitch must be at least +/- 40 degrees and the roll at least +/- 100 degrees. The camera must be NTSC with continuous zoom up to 10X. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity ? Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407-7018. NAICS CODE 334511 applies. Size Standard is 750 Employees. FSC is 5820.
