Description

The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, a bureau of the U.S. Department of Commerce, is interested in procuring call center services to the NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement to enhance its enforcement capabilities. A statement of objectives is set forth below. These services will be procured through the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) entitled ?Applications ?n Support for Widely-diverse End User Requirements? (ANSWER), Special Item Number ANS 1, entitled ?Comprehensive IT Services?. Award of a single Firm, Fixed Price Delivery Order is contemplated with a period of performance that will run from date of award through thirty-six months. The Government estimates that approximately $45,000.00 will be required for this work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this Request for Quotation is 541519. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code cited in this Request for Quotation is for internal business size stratification purposes only and is not meant to restrict this procurement to small businesses.
