Description: The purpose of this amendment is to notify potential offerors of a non-disclosure agreement requirement and to add conflict of interest language to the solicitation. Accordingly, the following paragraph is added to the combined synopsis/solicitation: This analysis is a critical part of ED's financial aid redesign initiative. The results of the analysis may be used in a future solicitation and, therefore, must remain confidential. The contractor will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement that limits the sharing of any information revealed as a result of this contract. Additionally, the contractor may be prohibited from participating in any future financial aid redesign-related procurement that results from this analysis.
