Description

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) as authorized by 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) intends to negotiate a procurement award of Open Market Items to EMC Documentum as a Sole Source Acquisition: The open market items are as follows: Description Unit Qty A). Records Management Module: Records Manager Client Extension Seat 600 B). EMC Content Management Services: (1) Retention Policy Services Configuration And Administration 6/Hour 4-people (2) Getting started with Documentum 3/Hour 4-people C). Technical Support Services: (1)Designated Support Engineer (DSE) YR 1 The total aggregated procurement consists of software licenses, training services, and technical engineer support for NHTSAs Information Technology Division existing Documentum Document Management Server and Web Client which support the Management Activity and Planning Systems (MAPS) Program that would be integrated with the functions of the GSA Scheduled Items combined with the above listed open market items from EMC Documentum. NHTSA intends to an issued a Delivery Order for the above Open Market Items and GSA Schedule Items.
