Description

The Wilmington, Delaware VA Medical Center (VISN 4) has a requirement to locally fabricate and repair artificial limbs for eligible beneficiaries of this Medical Center from date of ward thru September 30, 2007, with two (2) one-year options exercised at the Government's discretion. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with all specifications, statement of work, terms and conditions contained therein. NAICS code is 339113. The Government anticipates making multiple awards from this solicitation. Electronic version of solicitation should be available on or about February 9, 2007 at URL site below. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. All contract questions must be in writing to the Contracting Officer on or before February 22, 2007 by 3:00PM local time at fax number 302-633-5377 or 302-633-5534, to the attention of Jacquelyn M. ONLY qualified and responsible sources with the technical expertise should submit a proposal for consideration. Faxed or emailed proposals will NOT be accepted.
