- This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source modification for C4I communicaitons engineering, technical and logistic support services to ManTech Systems Engineering Corporation, Fairfax, VA under contract N65236-03-D-6829. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This sole source modification will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 as the current contractor is the only known source available to satisfy the agency???s needs during the period ending 02 Oct 2007. The proposed ceiling increase will provide sufficient contract ceiling for award of a competitive, follow-on contract (N65236-06-R-0734).
