Description

Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and technical expertise to repair delaminating doors in the U.S. District Court areas of the Roybal Federal Building, 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA. Estimated completion: within 60 calendar days. This procurement is reserved for small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be available on or after February 21, 2007. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically. Requests for specifications, plans and plan holders' list must be made in writing, with reference to "(GS-09P-07-WK-C-0020)", to the attention of Annette Lakes, at the GSA North Los Angeles Office, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Suite 3124, Los Angeles, CA 90012 by mail or by faxing your request to 213-894-3473. Site Visit: March 6, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Proposals due: March 16, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. Neither cameras nor cellular telephones with built-in cameras are allowed on federal property. You are required to maintain an active registration in the Business Partner Network's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System.
