Description

General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS), Western Service Center (10PM1), Jackson Federal Building, Rm 390, 915 2nd Avenue, Seattle, WA 98174. General Services Administration seeks to lease 16 structured parking spaces located in the Delineated area which is: North ? Seneca St; West ? Western Ave; South ? Cherry St.; East ? 4th Ave. The garage needs to be gated, monitored, 24/7 guards, 24/7 access control, minimum access height of 6?8?, to be used by a US Government Agency for a term of approximately 2 years. Occupancy is required by March 15, 2007. The building must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, Seismic Standards and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies and utilities must be provided in consideration of rent to be paid. Interested parties should submit locations for inspection in writing to this office no later than February 22, 2007.
