- This proposed procurement is 100% set aside for HUBZone Small Businesses. NAICS Code 238910, size standard $13,000,000. Estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Completion no later than 180 calendar days. This phase of the project will include passive treatment systems such as treatment ponds and an oxidation sedimentation pond to treat the abandon mine drainage from seep 8 on this site. This phase will consist of mostly excavation and installation of the treatment systems. This procurement is being advertised as a Invitation for Bid (IFB). All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS) -- a one-time registration process for vendors/contractors -- Accounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendors, go towww.fedteds.gov for additional information. After issuance of the solicitation, contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments at the following internet address: https://www.fedteds. gov/fedteds/start.nsf/frm.vendorlogin?openform&SolicitationNumber=W912DR-07-B-0005. Plans and specifications will not be available in paper format. Use of the FedTeDS website requires prior registration at www.fedteds.gov. You must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to receive a government contract award. You may register with the CCR at http://www.c cr.gov/.
