- PR Number: IQC07022009016 Solicitation: SPM5M4-07-R-0002 Nomenclature: Packings, O-Rings, Parts Kit RFP Issue Date: 3/16/07 RFP Due Date: 4/16/07 Packings, O-Rings, Parts Kit (Various). FSC: 5330 and 5331. This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. It is for a potential five year contract for various approved/acceptable source NSNs. The IQC will be for a two-year base period, with three one-year options. The procurement is for 13 restricted core NSNs. If the need arises to add additional items this will be on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5330-00-126-0485. The annual estimated quantity of the NSN is 2500 each. The required delivery schedule is 120 days after the date of each order. There are 12 additional NSNs with various quantities. Trade Agreement Act applies (numbered note 12 applies). NOTE: Copies of this solicitation can be found on the Business System Modernization ?
