Description: Reference Numbered Note #22 The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Conventor, Inc., 4000 Centregreen Way Suite 190, Cary, NC, 25713-2311. The primary goal of this effort is to provide the Government with Con ventorWare Turbo Software and customized training for research and development purposes. Delivery of these items shall be no later than 30 September 2007. It is anticipated the resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. FOB is Destination, Re dstone Arsenal.
