Description

U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 4,715 rentable square feet of Class A office and related space along with 8 secured parking spaces. Space should yield approximately 4,100 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The building must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rental to be paid. Unique Requirement (optional): Section 2 of EO 13006 requires that in filling their space needs, federal agencies give first consideration to locations in a specifically prescribed hierarchy as follows: ? Historic properties within historic districts ? Sites within historic districts (whether developed or undeveloped) ? Historic properties outside of historic districts ? Space must be capable of housing an indoor firing range Location/Delineated Area: The space will be located within Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Lease Term: The Government desires a 10 year lease with a 5 year firm term. Desired Occupancy Date: Occupancy is required no later than August 1, 2007. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name/site and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Common Area Factor for available space by floor on a single and multiple tenancy basis 4. Offeror?s name, address, phone number 5. Responses by other than the property owner must include written permission of the owner to offer the space.
