Description

In accordance with 19.1007(c), this procurment is set-aside for EMERGING small businesses ONLY and the associated NAICS code is 541370 and small business size standard $4.5 ($2.25M for Emerging Small Business). Reference is given to FAR 52.219-20, Notice of Emerging Small Business Set-Aside. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued prior to March 7, 2007. The date and place offers are due is anticipated to be MARCH 28,2007 at Mariitme Administration, 201 Mission St,Ste1800, San Francisco CA 94105. Facsimile and electronic quotes will be authorized. Contractor performance is not to begin prior to April 1, 2007. Completion date is anticipated to be by April 20, 2007. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Conduct a Class 1 Condition hydrographic survey in General Anchorage #26 and surrounding area, Suisun Bay, Benicia, California. Prepare and provide the results of the survey data as sets of bathymetric charts plotted on a USGS topographic basemap and as overlays for NOAA charts #18657 and #18658. Provide four (4) copies of the data files from this survey on CD-ROM, in both AutoCAD and XYZ format. Offerors are advised that they will be required to include either a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, with its offer or certify registration with Online Representation and Certification Application (OCRA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx.
