- The Department of Veterans Affairs located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has a requirement for the following services: AHERA ASBESTOS ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT PLAN of the OKC VAMC, the Friendship House and the Lawton Outpatient Clinic. The contractor's principal responsibility is to provide personnel, equipment and insurance to accomplish the AHERA Asbestos assessment and management plan in accordance with AHERA 40 CFR Part 763, OAC 3701-34, 29 CFR 126.1101, 29 CFR 1910.1001. NAICS Code 541620. This procurement will be a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business set-aside. Award will be made for this requirement based on best value to the government. Estimated Contract duration period is 90 days. The award of this solicitation is subject to availability of funding. A solicitation is not currently available therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION.   All Offerors that would like to be added to the prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation please register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/EPSVendorRegistration.html. Again, at this time, no solicitation exists; solicitation may be ready on or about March 12, 2007.
