- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. (ii) Purchase Request F2QF107051A200 is a Request for Quotation. Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (iii) The solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. (iv)This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 337214. The small business size standard is 500 Employees. (v) 0001 ? Purchase and Installation of furniture for building 550. See attached PWS (Performance Work Statement) and Floor Plans. (vi) n/a (vii) The delivery date is 23 April 2007 to 205 Dodd Blvd Ste 207, Langley AFB, VA 23665; FOB Destination. Responsibility and Inspection: Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and Quality Control. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial (SEP 2006), applies to this acquisition. (ix) The Government will award a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price factors considered.
