- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires services for Socio-Cultural Spatial Information Evaluation, Analysis, and Research Template Construction for Handling Input into Geospatial Evidential Reasoning Models . The propos ed procurement will be awarded on a sole source basis to Anselin & Associates. This award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures under commercial items FAR Part 12. Requests for copies of solicitation W9132T-07-T-0061 will be issued on or about 12 March 07 with a closing date of 16 March 07.
