Description
Solicitation Number, SPM4A6-07-R-0430, 0013797477, NSN: 9150-01-414-8141, Lubricating Oil, Aircraft Turbine Engine, Synthetic. QPL applies IAW MIL-PRF-7808L Amendment NR L Type Number: Grade 4. Type II shelf life 36 Months applies. Unit drum contains 55 gallons. Government Lot Acceptance testing is required. QAP 196 applies, and details for this QAP can be found at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/qap/qaps.htm. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. This is a synopsis for a commercial item in accordance with the procedures of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203 and FAR part 12. This is solicited as Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract for a quantity of 80 drums (DR). A Quantity Option shall be included in the solicitation. Progress payments will not be included in the solicitation. Quantity variance is +/- 10 percent. This is not a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). DLA-Direct line only to the following Richmond, VA (SRG). FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN. Required delivery is 80 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on March 12, 2007 with a closing date of April 2, 2007.
