Description

The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York is seeking to contract with a qualified contractor to provide Thoracic Surgeon Services for VA healthcare Upstate New York (VISN 2), 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York by Board Certified/Board Eligible Thoracic Surgeon(s). THe contractor shall provide professional thoracic surgery services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The proposed contract will be for the period April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008 with two (2) one year renewal options. Solicitation is available electronically; request for paper copies must be made in wirting via US Postal Services.
