- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. In this effort the government is seeking to acquire contractor support to J8 RAMO. It is anticipated the contract will have a base period of six months and two option years. The contract line items, period of performance, date of delivery, applicable contract clauses and performance work statement are contained in th e RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11.
