Delivery is 6 months after date of contract. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois. Approximate solicitation issue date is March 5, 2007, with the closing date approximately 30 days from issue. Once issued, copi es of the solicitation will be available for download from the Army Single Face To Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil. It will be the responsibility of the contractors to check this website for the issuing and any changes to the solicitation . Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed.
