Description

This is amendment 0001 to solicitation W9114F-07-R-0009. The following are questions and answers received from prospective vendors. Closing date remains unchanged. Question 1: Can we quote equipment only, without installation? Answer: The requirement is for equipment and installation. It is your companys decision should you chose to only quote for partial of the requirement. Question 2: We would like to provide a quotation for comparable/equal equipment to that listed in this solicitation. I wanted to first make sure that an equal product is acceptable. Answer: Requirement is for the product stated or equal. Evaluation of offers will commence once the solicitation is closed. Question 3: Is it possible to install both clinics at the same time or does the Vilseck clinic have to be installed 30 post award and the Grafenwoehr clinic in June. Answer: Installation of equipment can be at the same time preferably 30 days after award due to the fact that the Vilseck office requires the equipment as soon as possible.
