Description

The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to lease approximately 14,300 rentable square feet of office, 4,100 rentable sf of warehouse space, 42,000 sf of secured wareyard along with 58 employee parking spaces and 14 visitor parking spaces (which includes 2 RV spaces) in or near Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The site must have immediate and safe access to principal and minor arterial roads. Areas which are not acceptable as sites for this facility are areas with known past or present contamination by hazardous waste materials and any site which is located in a predominately industrial, residential or school area. The space/site must be located within the city limits of Glenwood Springs or lie within one mile of Interstate 70 between exits 116 & 90. Site must have city utilities (electricity, gas, and water, sewer, and telecommunication facilities capable of supporting DS1 service). The lease term will be 20 years, 15 years firm term. The space offered must meet ABAAS guidelines and Fire Safety Standards and must not be located in the 100-year flood zone.
