Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W91248-07-Q-0011 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Descriptive literature shall be provided with quote (NO EXCEPTIONS). One award will be made to the offero r who submits the lowest price technically acceptable offer. The procurement is subject to FAR clause 52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds. Period of acceptance of offers must be for a minimum of 120 days from date of closing. The solicitation document an d incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-15 Addendum, dated 13 February 2007. NAICS is 333111/ 750 Employees; This acquisition is being advertised on an unrestricted basis as full and open competit ion.
