- This solicitation IQC07052009043 will contain one NSN for a Converter, Signal Da. End Item Application/ Weapon System: Ships. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. Approved source (s) of supply, Buck Sales, Cage 0J4J1, P/N V18311H-7820101512 and ABB Inc, Cage 1URU2, P/N V18311H-7820101512. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6620-01-446-7290; Base Year AEQ: 159 each, Option Year EAQ: 159 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 137 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 30 March 2007. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror?s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
