Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 17 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. This requirement is for DLA Direct. The delivery requested is 376 days. Configuration control applies. This item is a non-commercial Navy identified critical safety item. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
