- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY FOR PLANNING PURPOSES. ALL POTENTIAL OFFERORS SHALL REFER TO THE ATTACHMENT FOR THE DRAFT REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT. This is a request for information only as defined in FAR 15.201. The Government does not intend to award a contract from this announcement or to otherwise pay for information solicited, but is seeking information on available source i.e., various GSA schedule providers, including the use of GSA Alliant as the acquisition approach, government service providers and all other industry sources capable of providing a means of managing the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and operational support services. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Industry is requested to provide their estimated cost involved in providing the required IT infrastructure and operational support service within EEOC. Additional attachments are provided: Attachment A-EEOC Current Infrastructure Hardware Inventory, Attachment B-EEOC Current Infrastructure Software Inventory and Attachment C-EEOC Communications Devices Inventory. Industry day will be held at the EEOC Headquarters located at 1801 L Street, N.W. Washington, DC 20507, Training Room #3 on April 3, 2007, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please submit in writing if you plan to attend by March 28, 2007, along with the number of people in your group. All participants shall bring a valid drivers license or photo I.D. to gain entrance into the building. Questions should be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer on or before COB March 27, 2007. Responses to questions will be provided at industry day and posted on Fedbizopps NLT April 10, 2007. Response to the RFI are due by April 17, 2007, 5:00 p.m.
