- Multiple Award Task Order Contract Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts (MATOC) Emergency Repair and Permanent Repair support for multiple road and bridge construction projects. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE RESTRICTED TO 8(a) FIRMS PRIMARILY DOING ROAD CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN THE DESIGNATED AREA PURSUANT TO THE ROBERT T. STAFFORD DISASTER RELIEF AND EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE ACT. THE CONTRACTING OFFICER HAS DESIGNATED THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AS THE SET-ASIDE AREA IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR CLAUSE 52.226-4: CLARK COUNTY, COWLITZ COUNTY, KING COUNTY, LEWIS COUNTY, PIERCE COUNTY, SKAMANIA COUNTY, THURSTON COUNTY, AND WAHKIAKUM COUNTY THIS SOLICITATION IS OFFERED AS A 100% 8(a) SET ASIDE. Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) intends to award at LEAST three (3) MATOC contracts utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable selection process. The IDIQ contracts will be for a period of three years. All work will be ordered by firm fixed price task orders. Task Orders will vary in anticipated size ranging from $25,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The total dollar value of all task orders placed on all contracts awarded will not exceed the total MATOC ceiling of $20 Million. Project No. WA NPS ERFO 2007(1)-42(2) titled SR 123 Emergency Repairs is anticipated to be the initial project for this soilicitation. The project magnitude is between $3 and $5 million. Additional project information will be released as it becomes available. Joint Venture Agreements: Joint Venture Agreements are allowable on competitive 8(a) set-asides and must be received by SBA prior to proposal due date to ensure compliance with established regulations and approved before award of a resulting contract. If you are contemplating a joint venture on this project, you must advise your assigned Business Development Specialist (BDS) promptly. Any corrections and/or changes needed can be made only when your BDS has adequate time for a thorough review before the proposal due date. NO CORRECTIONS AND/OR CHANGES ARE ALLOWED AFTER THE SUBMISSION OF BIDS. Clicking on REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION insures notification when solicitation documents are issued. The following applies only to Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs): The Department of Transportation (DOT), offers working capital financing and bonding assistance for transportation related contracts. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program (BAP) offers bid, performance and payment bonds on contracts up to $1,000,000. DOTs Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit to finance accounts receivable. Maximum line of credit is $750,000 with interest at prime rate, as published daily in the Wall Street Journal, plus 1.75 percent.
