Description: The contractor shall provide the LPG to the tank; perform the turn on/off work at start and finish the heating season; attend the inspection of fire detectors in Bldg 1300; provide nitrogen gas cartridge at shut off valve is worked; perform the emergency service; perform the annual inspection of LPG tank with accessories in accordance with the Japanese law. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
