Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for construction services to perform renovation of air-conditioning (A/C) and electrical systems to a higher density A/C and electrical system for a computer room at the National Center, Reston, VA. Request for Proposal (RFP) 07HQSS0013 will be posted on electronic commerce on or about March 27, 2007. Details may be viewed on the Department of Interior Business Opportunities website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The posted RFP will contain uniform contract format (Section B-M). The Specifications and Drawings ARE NOT posted at the cited website. A soft copy (CD-ROM) of these documents may be obtained by written request via regular mail at the address cited above, by fax at (703) 648-7901, or via e-mail to lmccarthy@usgs.gov. Requests must clearly state the company name, mailing address, point of contact and telephone/facsimile/e-mail information. The estimated cost for this acquisition is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The NAICS Code is 238220. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. A site visit is anticipated. The specific date and time for the site visit will be set forth in the solicitation. The period of performance will be 120 days from date of notice to proceed.
