Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract modification with Composite Engineering, Inc. (CEI), Sacramento, CA under contract N00019-06-C-0127 to procure and install telementary sensors into CEi's Subsonic Subscale Demonstration Aerial Target (SSAT). CEi is the designer, developer and sole producer of the BQM-167X aerial target. Only CEi has access to the proprietary data and technical expertise to install the telementary sensors into their demonstration SSAT in the time frame required. This is not a request for proposal.
