Description

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT - Seeks to Lease Office Space in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 12,000 - 13,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet in Philadelphia, outside of the Central Business District (non-CBD) but within the city boundaries. The Western and Northern city boundaries are preferred. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered building must meet or is capable of, but not limited to, the following: 1) space must be one (1) contiguous block, with no separating corridors; 2) must be convenient to the visiting public and accessible by the Government at all times; 3) must have good access to public transportation; and 4) ample parking spaces. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address; 2) Rentable square feet available and rentable rate per square foot; 3) Common Area Factor; and 4) Basic floorplan. Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. This is not a Solicitation for Offers (SFO), nor a Request for Proposals (RFP). The government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
