- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific/Department of Defense Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) Guam intends to procure a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order for classroom school furniture, on other than Full and Open Competition 100% small business set-aside basis. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Tracy, California within 30 days after award of a Purchase Order. Specific specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-07-T-8002 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website simultaneously with this announcement, to close 15 days from RFQ issue date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 01 April 2007. Award will be made in accordance with FAR part 13, utilizing technically acceptable, low price evaluation criteria. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov.
